I contacted Jen at quite a short notice (around 12 weeks before our wedding) looking for some help with styling and on the day co-ordination. Jen put me at ease instantly and I knew straight away that I could trust her to make everything come together as she asked all the right questions and it was clear she had tonnes of industry knowledge.
She went above and beyond for us in the lead up to our wedding, meeting us at the venue, sourcing all the equipment and just being there when we had plenty of questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she had such a fantastic, hard working and no fuss approach. This meant that we could really enjoy the planning and lead up to the big day without stressing that everything was in hand.
On the day itself Jen and Sam were out of this world amazing! They seemed to be in about a million different places at once but were so subtle and barely noticed by all guests! They made the day totally stress free for us. We didn't have to worry about a single thing as they were on top of it all before we could even think of something that needed doing. We still can't believe how hard they worked, even staying later than planned and coming back a couple of days later to collect things. Everyone was saying all weekend ‘thank God for Jen’ and I really don’t know how we’d have done it without her!
